Cancellation Policy

At Fliss, we understand that sometimes plans change. To ensure that we can accommodate all our clients and provide the best possible service, we have established the following cancellation policy for our online consultations:

Full Refund for Early Cancellations

If you need to cancel your consultation, you may do so up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. Cancellations made prior to this 24-hour window will receive a full refund.

Late Cancellations and No-Shows

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time, as well as missed appointments (no-shows), are not eligible for a refund. This policy is in place because late cancellations and no-shows prevent us from offering that time slot to other clients who may need it.

Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. We will do our best to accommodate your new preferred time. Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment will be treated as a late cancellation.

How to Cancel

To cancel your appointment, please submit your request via our contact form, including your appointment details and the reason for cancellation. The date and time of your cancellation will be based on when your request is submitted, not when it is reviewed. We will process your request as quickly as possible.

Refund Processing

Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 7-10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.
